Made with lots of natural fruit and organic tequila, this is a delicious change from the sugary frozen cocktails made in shady beachside bars–give this one a chance!

Ingredients (4-6 servings)
8 oz vomFASS Tequila Blanco
4 cups frozen blueberries
6 oz fresh orange juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 tsp agave nectar or simple syrup, or more to taste.

Lemon or Lime slice for garnish
Salt and lemon zest – to rim glass, optional.

Directions
In a blender, combine the vomFASS Tequila Blanco, orange juice, lime juice, agave nectar (or simple syrup), and blueberries. Blend until smooth.
Taste and add more a bit more agave nectar if the mixture tastes harsh or just doesn’t quite sing, then blend again.
Serve directly into prepared glasses or, if preparing ahead, pour the mixture into 1-gallon zippered freezer bag.
Place in freezer immediately. Let freeze overnight (or longer.)
To serve, prepare your glasses: Pour the salt and lemon zest onto a very small plate. Run a small wedge of lime or lemon around the upper outer rim of your glasses. Roll the dampened rim into the salt mixture.
Remove frozen blueberry margarita mix from freezer.
Gently massage freezer bag for 30 seconds and then scoop or squeeze into serving glasses.
Serve with straw or spoon.
Put unserved portions back in the freezer.
