Fruit-Quila Spikes

Bring this lively snack to your next volleyball game or picnic.

Ingredients (serves about 24)

Fruit (about 16 cups) 
1 watermelon 
1 cantaloupe 
1 honeydew melon

Marinade 
½  cup fresh lemon juice 
½ cup vomFASS Tequila Blanco 
½ cup vomFASS Orange Liqueur 
¼ cup agave nectar 
2 Tbsp vomFASS Forest Honey Blossom Balsamic VInegar
2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint (optional) 
Kosher salt

Directions

Whisk fresh lemon juice, tequila, orange liqueur and chopped mint (if using). 
Slice the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew into bite-sized chunks, or use a cookie cutter to form them into shapes. 
Place the sliced fruit into a bowl and add marinade. 
Toss gently. 
Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight. 
Skewer a piece of watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew on each toothpick.
