Merry Pear Spritz

Elegant enough for a Friday night, alcohol free on purpose.
Ingredients
1 oz vomFASS Williams Christ Pear Balsamic Star
½ oz simple syrup
4-6 oz sparkling water
Fresh rosemary sprig
Lemon wheel
Ice
Directions
Add vomFASS Pear Balsamic and ice to a glass.
Top with sparkling water.and gently stir with rosemary for a subtle herbal note.
Lightly slap rosemary sprig against palm of hand to release herbal notes.
Stir drink gently with rosemary.
Garnish with same rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.
