Tofu Marinades: Ginger-Lemongrass

Make some crispy tofu to accompany your spicy peanut noodles or your cucumber-mint salad.
Ingredients (marinates 1 lb tofu)
3 stalks of lemongrass, chopped
¼ cup vomFASS Ginger Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp vomFASS Grape Ginger Lemon Vinegar
¼ cup Tbsp Tamari Sauce
2 cloves of garlic finely minced
3 spring onions finely chopped
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Birdseye chili finely minced
1½ inch ginger, peeled and minced
3 Tbsp water
