Tofu Marinades: Herbes de Lemon

Makes a lovely protein plank to pair with grilled veggies and pasta, stuff in a sandwich, or crumbled on a salad!
Ingredients (marinates 1 lb tofu)
½ cup vomFASS Herbs de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves of garlic finely minced
Zest and juice of 2 lemons
1 Tbsp fresh thyme finely chopped
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
2 Tbsp fresh basil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp dried tarragon
1 tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
¼ cup water
