Signature Pumpkin Bread

The walnut oil adds a buttery, soft nuttiness and amplifies the “cozy fall” vibe, while the dash of pumpkinseed oil brings a gourmet twist.

Ingredients: (1 loaf or 12 muffins)
1 cup pumpkin purée
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup vomFASS Walnut Oil
2½ Tbsp vomFASS Styrian Pumpkinseed Oil
1½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Whisk pumpkin, eggs, sugars, and walnut oil until smooth.
Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour into greased loaf pan (5x7) and bake 50–55 minutes.
Slice, serve, and enjoy the cozy fall vibes. Bonus: it makes your kitchen smell amazing.

Notes:
If you only have an 8x4-inch loaf pan, the batter will rise higher (nice domed top), and you may need to bake 5–10 minutes longer.
Or, you can make muffins—divide into a 12-cup muffin tin, bake ~22–25 minutes.
