Orange-You-Glad-It's-Fall Muffins

Bright, zesty, and a little cozy too—like a burst of sunshine on a crisp fall morning.
Ingredients (makes 12 muffins)
2 cups flour (lightly spooned & leveled)
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup sugar
Zest of 1 orange
3 large eggs
½ cup vomFASS Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
⅓ cup fresh orange juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a muffin tin with 12 bun pits with a little vomFASS Sun Meadow oil and dust with flour.
For the batter, put the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
Add the sugar, orange zest, eggs, orange oil and orange juice.
Mix with a hand mixer to form a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the muffin tin and bake in the lower third of the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
