Simple Citrus Aioli

Ingredients (makes ½ cup)
1 garlic clove (or to taste)
Pinch sea salt
6 Tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp vomFASS Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp vomFASS Calamansi Balsam Vinegar
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions
Crush garlic firmly with flat side of a chef’s knife. Sprinkle with salt and finely chop (or put through a garlic press).
In a small bowl, combine garlic with remaining ingredients. Stir vigorously until well mixed.
Serve immediately or cover and chill.
