Ramped-Up Zucchini Wedges

It's simple to put a gourmet spin to many fresh summer vegetables with vomFASS Bear's Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Ingredients (serves about 4)
1 monster zucchini (or 3 medium), large seeds removed and sliced into wedges 
½ cup vomFASS Bear’s Garlic Extra Virgin Oil 
½ cup shredded Parmesan 
½ cup almond flour 
1 tsp smoky paprika
1 tsp sea salt 
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper 

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350
˚F.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut zucchini in half, removing any large seeds, then cut into wedges. Make them all about the same size so that they cook evenly.
In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan, almond flour, smoky paprika, sea salt and pepper. 
Brush the zucchini wedges with the garlic olive oil and sprinkle the cheese garlic mixture over the zucchini. Put zucchini onto the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the top broiler on for about 1-2 minutes to brown the tops.
Let cool slightly.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
