Raspberry Honey G&T

A quick, fun twist on the classic gin and tonic!

Ingredients (serves 1)
2 oz vomFASS Finest Alpine Gin
1 oz Raspberry Honey Syrup*
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2½ oz tonic water
4 fresh raspberries
Ice
Garnishes: fresh raspberry and lemon slices

Directions
Muddle a 3 raspberries in a glass with the syrup and lemon juice.
Add the ice and Alpine Gin
Top with chilled tonic water.
Stir to combine. 
Garnish with raspberry and lemon

*Raspberry Honey Syrup
½ cup water 
½ cup honey 
3 Tbsp vomFASS Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar

In a shaker, mix water, honey, and strawberry vinegar.
Shake until fully dissolved. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
