E-Z Grilled Feta & Tomato

This is an easy appetizer that never fails to impress! Serve with warm baguette, crostini, or pita chips.

Ingredients (1-2 servings)
1 slice of feta
1 piece of aluminum foil
2 Tbsp vomFASS Red Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or as needed
½ tomato, sliced (can substitute halved cherry or grape tomatoes)

Brush the aluminum foil with Red Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and place the feta on it.
Drizzle with Red Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Cut the tomato in slices and place one slice on the feta. Close the foil well and place on the grill rack.
Grill for about 10 minutes, or cook the package at 400° in the oven. 

Serve with fresh baguette.
