Black licorice root and the essential wormwood herb, lead the cast of herbs in our our Absinthe Libertine 72, which also includes anise, star anise, fennel, and coriander. This mysterious French liqueur can also be enjoyed with champagne or ginger ale.
Directions
Pour the absinthe into your chosen glass.
Set the absinthe spoon on the rim of the glass and place the sugar cube on top. Carefully drizzle ice cold water over the sugar cube until the drink clouds over (release of the green fairy), taking care not to over-dilute.
