Blood Orange Martini

With an effervescent citrus peel aroma, our Tangerine Liqueur will be a welcome addition at your next cocktail party. Buttery sweet, with hints of honey and fresh mandarins and a finish of candied orange peel, this fine liqueur is sure to please!
Ingredients (1 serving)
¾ oz vomFASS Tangerine Liqueur
1¼ oz vomFASS Premium Vodka
½ oz freshly squeezed blood orange juice
½ oz pasteurized egg whites
¼ oz lemon juice
¼ oz cinnamon simple syrup
3 drops orange bitters
blood orange wheel, optional
¾ oz vomFASS Tangerine Liqueur
1¼ oz vomFASS Premium Vodka
½ oz freshly squeezed blood orange juice
½ oz pasteurized egg whites
¼ oz lemon juice
¼ oz cinnamon simple syrup
3 drops orange bitters
blood orange wheel, optional
Directions
Fill shaker with ice.
Add vomFASS Tangerine Liqueur, Premium Vodka, blood orange juice, pasteurized egg whites, lemon juice and cinnamon simple syrup.
Shake until well chilled.
Pour into chilled martini glass.
Gently drop bitters on foam and drag toothpick through to make heart shaped drops.
Garnish, with blood orange wheel.
Fill shaker with ice.
