Calamansi Cassis Spritzer

Ingredients (1 serving)
1½ Tbsp vomFASS Calamansi Balsam Vinegar
1 Tbsp vomFASS Apple Cassis Shrub
16 oz. sparkling water

Put ice in glass. 
Top with calamansi balsam then sparkling water.
Gently drizzle Apple Cassis shrub over a spoon into the glass. 
Garnish with berries, if desired.
