CalaHOTsi Mule

Ingredients (1 serving)
1½ oz vomFASS 7-Pepper Vodka
1 oz vomFASS Calamansi Balsam Vinegar
½ - 1 oz simple syrup (to taste)
4 oz ginger beer
fresh jalapeño slices, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, top with vomFASS 7-Pepper Vodka, Calamansi Balsam Vinegar and simple syrup. 
Shake until chilled.
Strain into mule mug or rocks glass filled with ice. 
Top with ginger beer. 
Garnish with a jalapeño slices.
