Whiskey Marinade

Ingredients:

½ cup vomFASS Bourbon or American Whisky of Choice
4 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp vomFASS Smoky BBQ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp vomFASS Maletti Bianco
2 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
½ tsp medium hot chili sauce
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:
Mix the ingredients together.
Put the meat in the marinade and let it marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Cook meat to appropriate temperature.

Great for beef, pork, darker fish, mushrooms.
