Strawberry Frosé

Frosé All Day! With rosé's intrinsic berry notes, our Strawberry Frosé is the perfect wine cocktail, and the go-to low ABV summer drink.

Ingredients (serves 4-6)
1 750ml bottle full-flavored dark rosé, we recommend: House of Brown Rosé
½ cup simple syrup*
4 cups frozen strawberries
2½ oz lemon juice

Pour entire bottle of rosé into a blender.
Add lemon juice and simple syrup and frozen strawberries.
Purée until smooth.
Transfer into zippered freezer bag and place in freezer until ready to serve.
Remove from freezer, knead gently a couple of times (if needed) until desired consistency.
Divide among glasses.
Note: Frosé can be kept frozen for at least a week. (It won’t freeze completely because of the alcohol.)

*Making your own simple syrup is simple. Keep some on hand in the refrigerator for all your summer coctail concoctions: Mix sugar and water in a 1:1 ratio in a sauce pan. While stirring, heat until sugar dissolves. Let cool. Decant into storage bottle or jar. Keep refrigerated.
