Blending savory and sweet zings in every bite, bruschetta brightens the holiday table.

Ingredients (Makes 24)

1 15-oz can diced tomatoes
1-2 Tbsp FassZination Bruschetta Blend
2 Tbsp finely chopped white onion
2 Tbsp finely chopped yellow sweet pepper
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 baguette (French bread)
1-2 Tbsp vomFASS Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 Tbsp vomFASS Gran Cru de La Luna Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2-3 Tbsp vomFASS Aceto Balsamico Maletti

Directions
Preheat the oven 450°F.
Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice your baguette on the diagonal into pieces no wider than ½-inch (about 24 slices).
Brush slices with vomFASS Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Place the slices in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet and bake them on the middle rack for 6 to 9 minutes, until they’re crisp and nicely golden on top.
Transfer the toasts to a serving platter(s), if desired, and set aside.
Drain diced tomatoes.
Mix FassZination Bruschetta blend with diced tomatoes and let them mingle for 10 minutes while you chop the onion and pepper.
Mix in the onion, pepper, cayenne, and basil.
Top each toast with tomato mixture, tipping your spoon against the bowl to release excess juice as necessary.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
Drizzle lightly with vomFASS Malettic Balsamico.
Bruschetta is best served promptly.

Super Simple Option: Serve the bruschetta in a bowl and let guests spoon it onto crostini cracker themselves. They won't mind and the crostinis will stay crisp!
