Easy Caprese Salad

Perfect for tailgates, but you may want to double or triple the recipe for Badger home games!

Ingredients (4 servings)
2 Tbsp vomFASS Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp vomFASS Aceto Balsamico Maletti (or di Famiglia)
3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil*
1 tsp fresh oregano*
¼ tsp kosher salt
4 cups halved cherry or grape tomatoes, (2 pints)
8 oz pearl mozzarella balls

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, herbs, salt. 
Add the tomatoes and mozzarella pearls; toss to combine. 
Add more salt and pepper to taste. 
Chill at least an hour or until ready to serve.
Before serving garnish with vomFASS Aceto Balsamico Maletti or diFamiglia.

*Fresh herbs are best but you can sub with dried. One tablespoon of fresh herbs is equal to one teaspoon of dried herbs.
