Hawaiian Sunset Mocktail

Another tailgate treat—use clear glasses for full effect!
Ingredients (6 servings)
1½ Tbsp vomFASS Pomegranate Balsamic
4½ Tbsp simple syrup
18 oz pineapple juice
2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
Ice
For the garnish: fresh pineapple wedge or pineapple leaves
Directions
Make Pomegranate shrub: mix simple syrup and vomFASS Pomegranate Balsamic, stir well and set aside.
In a 32-ounce pitcher, add the pineapple juice, lime juice and ice.
Stir to combine and chill.
Put ice in low ball glasses.
Pour pineapple mixture over ice.
Hold the glass at an angle and pour in a tablespoon of pomegranate shrub along the side of the glass.
It will settle to the bottom to make a robust ruby red layer at the base to balance the tropical tartness above.
Garnish with fresh pineapple or pineapple leaves and serve.
To Turn Mocktail into Cocktail (serves 6)
Add 12 oz vodka to pineapple/lime juice mix before stirring with ice.
