Flexi-Vinaigrette

Get creative with your combos! A rich, nutty oil with a tangy vinegar? Or a light, fruity pairing for your organic spring greens? The possibilities are endless—and delicious.
Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
1 part vomFASS traditional or fruit balsamic
2 parts vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil or cold-pressed Nut or Seed Oil
1 tsp mustard (for emulsification)
Flavor Boosters (pick 1-2)
Minced garlic or shallots
Fresh Herbs
Use a Star Balsamic for a touch more sweetness
Directions
Whisk everything together in a bowl or shake in a jar until creamy. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
