Cinnamon Whiskey Cupcakes

Our Two Georges Cinnamon Whiskey liqueur serves the dual purpose of sweet cinnamon and lovely whiskey in these adult cupcakes. Please serve responsibly.

Ingredients (Yields 18)
1 box triple chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1¼ cup whole milk
¼ cup vomFASS Two Georges Cinnamon Whiskey
1 tsp ground cinnamon 
FROSTING
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground cinnamon 
1 Tbsp vomFASS Two Georges Cinnamon Whiskey
Cinnamon candy for garnish (If desired)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF, and line cupcake pan with paper liners.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, butter, vomFASS Two Georges Cinnamon Whiskey, ground cinnamon, eggs and milk until smooth. 
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the batter into the cupcake liners. Fill them 2/3 of the way full. 
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely. 
FROSTING 
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, vanilla, ground cinnamon, and vomFASS cinnamon whisky until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed. 
Pipe or spread onto cooled cupcakes.
