Balsamic Strawberry Kabobs

This easy and creative dessert will earn you high marks. Substitute pound cake cubes for the donut holes for grilled strawberry shortcake kabobs.
Ingredients (approximately 6 skewers)
1 lb fresh organic strawberries, medium size
1 dozen glazed donut holes, can be raised or cake
3 oz vomFASS Aceto Balsamico Maletti
¼ cup powdered sugar for garnish
Directions
Soak wooden skewers for 20-30 minutes.
Clean strawberries and pat them dry.
Put strawberries in a resealable bage with 2 oz. of Maletti and let soak for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium (350˚F)
Thread marinated strawberries, alternating with donut holes, onto skewers.
Grill skewers, turning until warmed and marked, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with Meletti.
