Balsamic Roasted Strawberry & Burrata

Perfect for a summer gathering, this sweet and savory dish combines caramelized strawberries with creamy burrata cheese. Substitute the burrata with a scoop of ice cream for a flavorful dessert.

Ingredients (4 servings)
1 lb Strawberries, stemmed and halved
2 Tbsp Aceto Balsamic Maletti, plus more to drizzle
2 Tbsp Honey 
6-8 Fresh Basil Leaves 
1 ball Burrata Mozzarella (or scoop of ice cream or gelato) 
Italian Bread, sliced and toasted

Fresh Basil, garnish

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
In a medium bowl, combine the halved strawberries, Maletti, and honey. 
Stir to combine and set aside to marinate for at least 10 minutes. 
Transfer the marinated strawberries to a sheet pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, until caramelized and softened. 
To assemble the dish, spread the caramelized strawberries on a large platter. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place on top of the strawberries. 
Arrange a few whole basil leaves over the top. Drizzle with Maletti as garnish. 
Serve with toasted bread.
