Leaf Nothing Behind Marinade

The layered flavors often turn out more interesting than a single bottle alone.

Ingredients
Mixed oils (olive, nut, or infused) 
A splash of balsamic or fruit vinegar 
Lemon zest 
Crushed garlic 
Fresh herbs

Directions
Combine ingredients into a non-porous bag.
Add foods to be marinated.
Marinate in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes (longer for meats).
Remove food, disposing of marinade. 
Grill or sauté foods until done.

Use it for: Grilled chicken, marinated mozzarella, tofu, brushing over grilled bread…
