Celebrating All Things Apples

Nothing reminds us of Autumn as much as the aroma and flavor of apples. You’re not going to see this many kinds of apples in the grocery store, but there are 7,500 varieties of apples in existence throughout the world—2,500 of which are grown in the United States. They are America's most consumed fruit. There are so many ways to incorporate apples into the diet, among them are fresh, baked, cold-pressed and hard ciders, juice, pastries, vinegar, brandy, liqueurs...

Award Winning Difference

The first product produced by vomFASS was our award-winning Apple Balsamic vinegar. We're pretty proud that it has won so many awards. In fact the International Taste & Quality Institute had to create another award so other products could win something, too!

The apples for this delicious balsamic vinegar are grown in orchard meadows in the Upper Swabia region in Germany, and possess a full-bodied aroma and a wonderfully natural and refreshing acidity. After the apple vinegar has been obtained from the apple wine and refined with fruity apple juice, this fine balsamic vinegar matures for several years in oak barrels in an open timber frame barn. This gives it a wonderful mouthfeel and results in a uniquely sweet-sour taste with the finest nuance of apple! 100% pure (without preservatives and flavoring agents), 100% natural. 100% apple.
