Fuzzy Flyer Cocktail

This variation on the classic Aviation cocktail highlights all the best parts of summer stone fruits. It has a bit of pucker, and the aromatic and honeyed taste of apricots.

Ingredients (serves 1)
2 oz vomFASS Finest Alpine Gin
1 oz vomFASS Apricot Liqueur
½ oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Maraschino cherry juice
Lemon twist for garnish 

Directions
Add vomFASS Alpine Gin, Maraschino juice, vomFASS Apricot Liqueur, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. 
Shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds. 
Strain into a coupe glass, garnish with lemon twist if desired, and serve immediately.
