The perfect way to transform your brandy into a refreshing autumn cocktail.

2 oz vomFASS Apricot Liqueur with Grappa
1 oz vomFASS Fernández Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva
½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
3-4 oz ginger ale or club soda

Directions
Pour liqueur, brandy and lemon juice in cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a large old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with 3-4 ounces (to taste) ginger ale or soda.
