Perfect for a celebratory toast or an aprés ski libation. This cocktail awakens the palate and satisfies the soul.

Ingredients (serves 1)
1 oz vomFASS Apricot Grappa Liqueur
½ oz vomFASS Italian Brandy Reserva Speciale
¼ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
4 oz Antech Limoux Reserve Brut
Directions
Shake Apricot Grappa Liqueur, Brandy XO, and lemon with ice. 
Strain into a chilled champagne flute glass.
Top slowly with 3 to 4 ounces of Champagne. 
Garnish with a lemon twist.
