One warm Saturday and suddenly everyone becomes deeply committed to smoke, fire, and standing outside holding tongs like they’re the mayor of flavor town.
The grill gets uncovered. Patio chairs reappear. Someone confidently says, “I’ll handle the meat.” And just like that, winter loses custody of the weekends.
