The Pale Rosé

The Pale embodies all the characteristics of an authentic rosé from Provence, France. It is an expressive wine, both inside and out. It's subtle fruity notes have hints of peach and pink grapefruit. Dry but deliciously fruity and wonderfully fragrant, The Pale is layered, lean and eminently refreshing.  It has an elegant palate with a soft, creamy finish.

From best terroirs from the Var region, The Pale rosé is made from grapes sourced from amongst the choicest Vineyards in the Vin de Pays/ IGP Var region. Harvesting is conducted during the night time to avoid the heat of the day and to keep the crop fresh. The Pale is vinified in Stainless Steel, Temperature Controlled, Fermentation Tanks, remaining on the lees, to give texture to the juice.
