Strawberry & Champagne Fruit Spread

This wonderful combination of strawberry and champagne is a must on the breakfast table. Whether with croissants, rolls or in yoghurt, this jam from a small manufacturer in the Kingdom of Belgium is a heavenly delight.

Ingredients: Strawberries, sugar, apple juice, champagne  (3.75 %, contains sulphites), gelling agent: pectin, lemon juice.
