Bourbon Tasting Event - Fall 2026
Join us on October 14th for a trip through the wonderful world of Bourbon. Perfect for lovers or those interested in the richness and complexity of this product. The tasting will be accompanied by small bites and a rich atmosphere. (Must be 21 or older to participate.)
Burger Night: We will also be hosting our weekly burger during the event, which gives you the option to join us before or stay later for drinks and dinner.

Which Bourbon Are You?

Let's settle something right now: You do not need to be a bourbon expert to love bourbon.

Because we've got eight very different bourbons, and we'd rather pour them for you than make you choose based on a label, a tasting note, or the recommendation of the guy three shelves over who looks like he owns a bourbon barrel.

Because bourbon has personalities…Some are sweet and easygoing…Some bring the spice…Some are smooth and mellow…Some walk into the room wearing a leather jacket and demand your attention.
And some are just... a lot. Our bourbon collection has a little something for all of them.
The Sweet Talker
You like your bourbon smooth, rich and friendly.
You're probably the person who orders dessert even when you're already full because “we can share it.”
Our Two Georges High Corn Bourbon might be your match. With a whopping 82% corn in the mash bill, it's a sweet, mellow Kentucky bourbon with the kind of caramel, vanilla and creamy character that makes it easy to sip—and equally happy hanging out in a cocktail.
In fact, we've used it in everything from a Pear-fect Bourbon Cocktail to Bourbon Creamed Corn.

The Softie
Maybe you like bourbon without all the swagger.
You want something approachable, rounded and smooth—the bourbon equivalent of a comfortable chair that somehow makes you want to stay another hour.
That's where Two Georges High Wheat Bourbon comes in.
Wheat tends to bring a softer, gentler character to bourbon, making this one a particularly nice choice for anyone who thinks bourbon sounds intimidating.
Translation:
You don't have to be a bourbon badass to enjoy this one.
The Spicy One
Some people want bourbon to behave. Others want it to have a little attitude.
If you're in the second camp, you'll want to explore our Two Georges Tennessee Sour Mash Bourbon. Sour mash is a production method that helps create consistency from batch to batch, and this Tennessee bourbon brings plenty of character to the glass.
It's got more personality than a polite little “smooth bourbon” description can convey.
The Familiar Favorite
Then there's Northern Plains Bourbon.
This is the bourbon you've probably already encountered if you've enjoyed one of our Bourbon Old Fashioneds, Whiskey Lemonades or our summer Strawberry Smash.
It's versatile, approachable and extremely cocktail-friendly—which is why it gets invited to so many parties around here.
But don't assume cocktail bourbon means boring bourbon. Try it neat. Try it over ice. Then try it in an Old Fashioned. Same bourbon. Completely different experience. And that's when things get interesting.
Then Things Get Serious
Our first four bourbons are enough to make a very respectable collection. But then we upped our game and brought in three cask-strength private bottlings. These are for the people who see “cask strength” on a bottle and start salivating.
The Wisconsin Show-Off
Meet J. Henry Straight Bourbon.
Aged seven years in Wisconsin and bottled at 50% ABV, this vomFASS exclusive brings maple sweetness, buttery richness and some serious oak to the party.
It's smooth. It's complex. It's distinctly Wisconsin. And it has just enough swagger to remind you that you drinking something special. Try it neat. Then add one cube of ice. And see which version wins.
The Bourbon Nerd's Bourbon
And then there's Cedar Ridge Bourbon, from Iowa. This one is for the person who hears words like cask strength, barrel selection and baking spice and thinks: Now we're talking.
Our Cedar Ridge private barrel bottling is another reminder that great bourbon doesn't have to come from the most obvious place on the map.
