Golden B is an extremely refreshing lightly sparkling wine with notes of fresh nectarine, melon and white peach. Delicate, slightly sweet with a long lingering finish. 

Upon arrival at the winery the Golden B Moscato grapes receive a soft pressing followed by fermentation under pressure in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. The young wine is cooled when desired sugar and alcohol levels are reached. Fermentation is stopped and after a short rest in the tank, the product is bottled, capturing this sparkling sweet essence for all to enjoy.

Golden B Moscato is sweet and balances perfectly with spicy foods like curries or spiced chicken wings. It’s a lovely addition to a charcuterie of prosciutto, almonds and chili seeds, crisp, raw vegetables, and soft and creamy Brie cheese. If you’re serving creme brûlée, vanilla ice cream, or even rice pudding, a glass of Circle B provides perfect harmony every time.
