From Spain’s green northwestern province of Galicia in the prized Rias Baixas appellation, this wine is fresh, bracingly acidic, fruit-forward style of albariño, bringing aromas of citrus flowers and honeysuckle, and rich notes of honey crisp apple and Meyer lemon.

Pour it with an arugula salad with walnuts, apple and blue cheese, enjoy with roast chicken and peas poached in lemon zest, seafood, or by itself as apéritif. It's medium body, complexity and long finish can compliment heartier foods like stuffed pumpkin and lightly spiced dishes.
