This Chablis is dry. fruity, and easy to drink. Its color is pale gold with greenish hues. Very fresh aromas reminiscent of citrus (lemon or grapefruit); small, pleasant touches of fern or coriander are found as well as mineral notes. It’s refreshingly pleasant and has a long finish. 

Chablis is the northern most region of Burgundy where the soil may have once been the bottom of the sea and contains millions of tiny marine fossils. This marine origin and cool climate gives the wines of Chablis their unique flavor.

An easy to drink, dry and fruity white wine. Its color is pale gold with greenish hues. Very fresh aromas reminiscent of citrus (lemon or grapefruit); small, pleasant touches of fern or coriander are found as well. This wine is focused full-bodied, and mineral infused with a fine core gorgeous transparency and cut, lovely balance, zesty acids and a long complex and vibrant finish.

It pairs well with salads, oysters, shellfish, white fish, lighter poultry and vegetarian cuisine.
