Alumni Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir has long been associated with elegance and a broad range of flavors. From Oregon's Willamette Valley this lovely pinot noir opens with scents of leather and tobacco with a little herbaceous moss. It has a generous mouthfeel with flavors of plums, black cherry and baking spices. This light bodied wine has moderate tannins and acidity. This a wine that can go with almost any food, from appetizers to casseroles, and poultry to salmon.
