This is an easy-breezy orange, or skin contact, wine with generous stone fruits, hints of marzipan and a clean palate. A blend of organic and sustainably farmed Chenin Blanc, Pinot Gris, Albarino, Verdelho, Riesling grapes, this wine spends 60-90 days macerating on its skins and six months in acacia barrels.
It pairs wonderfully with blue cheese, duck, spicy foods and autumn evenings.
