Agora Hummus

½ lb. cooked chick peas
2 oz. tahini
3 garlic cloves
1 T. vomFASS Calamansi Balsam Vinegar
½ cup vomFASS Agora Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea salt to taste
2 T. chopped parsley
1 tsp. paprika
Place all of the ingredients, except the olive oil, into a food processor.

With the food processor running slowly, add the Agora extra virgin olive oil until the desired consistency is reached.
Garnish with parsley and paprika. Serve with sliced veggies, crackers or pitas.
